Missouri GOP governor candidate Greitens touts outsider role

Eric Greitens is a former Navy SEAL officer, former Rhodes scholar and White House fellow, boxer and black belt in taekwondo who wrote New York Times bestselling books about his life.
He wants to add Missouri governor to that list.
The 42-year-old Republican from St. Louis faces a competitive Aug. 2 primary for the GOP nomination against suburban St. Louis businessman John Brunner, former U.S. Attorney and House Speaker Catherine Hanaway and Lt. Gov. Peter Kinder.
