Four constitutional law professors, Josh Chafetz (Texas & Merton ‘01),  Cary Franklin (Connecticut & Merton ‘99), Sabeel Rahman (New York & Pembroke ‘05), and Steven Sachs (Missouri & Merton ‘02) will assess the state of U.S. democratic institutions/norms from an academic perspective.

Lauren Jackson (Arkansas and Magdalen ‘17) of the New York Times will moderate.
